The portion of Yuma Palms that sold totals 398,602 square feet of retail and restaurant space featuring forty-nine (49) existing tenants. Yuma Palms is anchored by numerous national credit retailers including Best Buy, Ross, Marshalls, Petsmart, Michaels, Five Below, Old Navy, ULTA, Harkins Theatre and many others. Shadow anchors include Target, Sam’s Club, Dillard’s and JCPenney along with ten (10) freestanding restaurants.
