Disney Investment Group Sells Huntington Square in Corpus Christi, Texas

Dallas, Texas – Disney Investment Group (DIG) is pleased to announce it has brokered the sale of Huntington Square shopping center in Corpus Christi, Texas. Shadow anchored by a 174,134 square foot HEB store, Huntington Square is 90,768 square feet with nineteen (19) tenants including Dollar Tree, Ferguson Home, Freedom Fitness and Physicians Premier ER among others. The sale also included 4.7 acres of adjacent, undeveloped land. HEB at Huntington Square ranks #3 out of 69,470 grocery store locations for customer visits in the United States according to Placer.ai, and HEB’s store will be undergoing a $32 million renovation/expansion. Located at the intersection of Saratoga Blvd and Staples Street, Huntington Square is currently 96% leased. David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG exclusively represented the seller, Dallas-based LRIC Properties and procured the buyer, Harkinson Investment Corporation (HIC). This is the third sale DIG has completed on behalf of LRIC and the second transaction completed with HIC.
