Disney Investment Group Sells Moore Plaza in Corpus Christi, Texas

Dallas, Texas – Disney Investment Group (DIG) is excited to announce it has brokered the sale of Moore Plaza shopping center in Corpus Christi, Texas. Spanning 379,035 square feet, Moore Plaza is considered the dominant open-air shopping destination in Corpus Christi and the entire Coastal Bend area of Southeast Texas. The center is home to forty (40) existing tenants and anchored by national retailers including Hobby Lobby, Mardel, Marshalls, Burlington, Old Navy, Office Depot, Total Wine, Half Price Books, and Pet Supplies Plus among others. Moore Plaza is shadow anchored by H-E-B and Target. David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG represented the seller and procured the buyer, Bridge33.
