University Town Center is considered the dominant open-air shopping destination in Norman and the Oklahoma City MSA. At 99% leased, UTC is home to more than forty (40) tenants and anchored by national retailers including Academy, Kohl’s, TJ Maxx, Ulta, HomeGoods, Michaels, Petco, Office Depot, DSW and many others. UTC is shadow anchored by SuperTarget and Crest Foods. According to Placer.ai, UTC receives over 12 million customer visits annually and is ranked the #1 shopping center in the state.  Nationally, UTC is ranked by Placer.ai in the top 1% of all shopping centers. 

David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG represented the seller, Rainier Companies (Danny Lovell-CEO) and procured the buyer, Mazaheri Properties, led by Phillip Mazaheri (CIO of Mazaheri Properties and retail investment advisor with Price Edwards & Company).  In 2019, DIG previously sold UTC to Rainier Companies.
